Cancellation Policy

At Sam’s Fragrance, we work quickly to process and ship orders. Please review the cancellation rules below.

1) Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel an order only if it has not been processed or shipped.

  • If your order is still eligible, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return once it is delivered (see our Refund Policy).

2) How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • The email/phone used at checkout

3) Refund Timing for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Banks/payment providers typically take 3–10 business days to post the refund (timing varies).

4) Changes to Orders (Address / Items)

If you need to change your shipping address or items in the order:

  • We may be able to help only before processing/shipping.

  • Once the order is processed, changes are not guaranteed.

5) Fraud Prevention / High-Risk Orders

For security reasons, we may cancel an order if it is flagged for potential fraud or verification issues. If this happens, we will notify you and refund the order if it has not shipped.

6) Subscription / Recurring Purchases

Sam’s Fragrance does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page at checkout.
